After the home inspection is completed on site, I polish up the information I've gathered and send the you an email with a link that takes them to the report. You can read it on line and print a copy for your records. I supply two home inspection reports:
The first is the full report with complete documentation of what was found during the inspection. This is an easy to read report that is categorized into 10 sections. The full report has pictures, illustrations and links to additional information and it averages about 34 pages. In addition to documenting the issue found; the report includes illustrations that clarify why the issue is of concern. Typically there is a link that you can click on, that will help explain how to correct the issue.
The second is a summary report which contains only the issues that were found. This report also includes photos to clarify the problems, as well as illustrations that clarify why the issue is of concern. This summary report gets directly to the point so that Attorneys and Real Estate Agents know what areas need to be addressed.
Electronic .PDF file report is secure and universally readable on any computer (free Adobe reader available online). Print if you want.
Clear, colorful illustrations to exemplify conditions.
Articles that explain technical issues in plain words.
It’s Green! Environmentally friendly, ink and paper free report.
